I've eliminated dishwashing liquid by buying metal cups and using boiling water and a scrub to clean them

Started loose tea leaf instead of bags a while back

Whole foods only, nothing produced in a factory ( I don't trust sanitation processes of both but one feels more tolerable than the other )

I don't use fragrance, anti perspirant is a necessary evil I use it if I am going to be somewhere around people for an extended period of time just in case I might break a sweat

Bedding no plastic, curtains no plastic, coated wooden table

essential oil based fragrances aren't too bad btw
assume you've cut out polyester and opted for silk/cotton?
also look into test levels and nutrition if bo is such an issue

In my country we are pretty brutally honest about bo and I know I don't have any

Problem is it's a hot tropical country so feeling sweaty can sometimes be uncomfortable

I plan to taper down soon and try to get used to it since I'm not really a sweaty guy too, I just hate the feeling.

And yeah, most of my stuff is cotton

Have you tried any local Natural Deodorant. I think some of them are good, ingredients wise. Unless you've moved to India, there are some brands you can find:feelsthink:

I don't use one and by only eating whole foods doesn't make my body smell.

Currently in my home town with my family, so I'm off with my diet and acne started to come out:lul:

I haven't seen these local natural deodorants though, I've just been using this cheap Adidas one it works well enough

Since I have no body odor ill just taper off

Yeah, used those Adidas brand before as my daily deodorant back in 2021- mid 2023.

Local natural deodorants could go at least rm18

Have you tried Yuka app before, I think it's good to identify some ingredients

How do you manage to only afford whole foods? That shit's especially expensive in Malaysia. And stores here also sell goyslop everywhere, making it pretty difficult to find actual food tbh

T20 things I shop at Jaya grocer and Aeon

Chicken is still not that expensive though, some local small grocers butcher in house its pretty cheap, tenggiri small portion only half is needed to match omega 3 content for salmon, spam eggs if on budget.

Milk I buy from Indian grocers in the morning so its unhomogenized, cheap and directly from farm.

If I go mamak I order cheese naan with tandoori chicken and teh o ice relatively cheap and the meat amount is generous if you find good shop

I live in Negeri sembilan, seremban btw, of course more expensive for you since KL

Is there a reason why you pick unhomogenized milk? I've read about this before but never really understood the appeal. I've always stuck to fresh milk bcs I thought it's, well, fresh.

Wanted to say, ever since you mentioned this combo meal, I've been craving it a lot, and I never found tandoori to be so tasty before, so thanks for opening my eyes to this bhai

Is N9 really that cheaper? I live in the Selangor suburbs, though I do find things are still relatively priced the same in KL

Because its also raw milk too, when you go home you gotta pasteurise it

I prefer knowing that my source is actually legit and untreated completely from start to end, again I don't trust the manufacturing standards of companies. Supplement companies themselves who hold a higher standard have been found to have high amounts of heavy metal contaminants so yeah, I don't trust them.

It's way too amazing I love it

Yeah it's pretty cheap here. The older food courts and local markets still price modestly but I notice when I went to KL especially in the inner parts or Klang Valley normal hawker store upmarket food prices

Over here still can get full meal for less than 10 with decent amount of meat from some Chinese stores ( most not halal though )
