Interestingly, when MB was compared with common antioxidants used in skincare, including vitamin C and retinol (vitamin A), MB-treated skin cells outperformed both of them significantly in terms of promoting cell proliferation and reducing age-related markers [86,87]. In addition to its potent antioxidant function, MB treatment in skin fibroblasts could stimulate the expression of ECM proteins, including upregulation of elastin and collagen 2A1”

Basically it’s better than tretinoin with no irritation skin dryness and automatic sunscreen. Fucking Lifefuel anyone tried?

Been on Tret for almost 4 years straight so I can confirm it's really really effective. Would be cool if you took MB consistently to see it's the real deal.

Same goes with GHK-cu, it's just too expensive for someone to take everyday for years and build it into a routine. There's a lot of stuff we're missing but we need people trying things consistently for atleast 1-5 years

Tret is insane for that collagen anti aging look but it does absolutely nothing for my acne scars. I’ll be on MB see if they improve a bit and report back after a month. Laser just seems expensive af

I've used 0.1% tretinoin gel for 18 months and it's done nothing for my acne scars. My skin quality in general is better though.

To fix indented scarring depends on scar type. You need to figure out if ur scars are tethered or not. Subcision might be required. In my case, they are not tethered and I am planning a set of in-clinic radiofrequency microneedling sessions. I have used the derminator 2 3x with varying needle lengths and again... it's done nothing for my pitted scarring. I even apply the tretinoin immediately after DIY needling (when deeper skin layers are more porous).

I'm going to buy copper peptides and take a look at methylene blue.

Seems that tret 0.1% and non-comedogenic moisturiser + cleanser is the way to go atm. A bare minimum routine that works.

Pull down on your skin. If your scars disappear they are non-tethered. If they are still there they are tethered. If the scars are tethered every other treatment is pointless until u get subcision on them.
