Mine is 43 but my maxilla has great zygos and midface projection, only lower LeFort 1 area is fucked and I have big incisors and an upturned girly nose so that distorts it a fair amount. And these numbers mean nothing for overall aesthetics, a recessed maxilla is a thing that you know when you see it.
