i have been mewing for about 3 years now and i can finally fit both of my thumbs comfortably for thumb pulling. it's not an ideal expansion as my teeth have tipped due to how narrow my maxilla is but it is better than nothing. hopefully thumb pulling will offer better gains. will update in a year or so.
