So I only discovered mewing after I got Invisalign done. So now when I mew and my jaw is forward my lower teeth are in front of my upper teeth by about 15mm. The dentist also shaved a lot of bone from between my teeth messing them up. What do I do? Should I just mew normally and pray?

And also when I mew should my lower teeth push my top ones forward?
