99% of people who post mewing results angle fraud, and the rest have such good results in short periods of time that it seems too good to be true (e.g. salludon, astro).

Personally, I did see some minor results over the past 2 years, but nothing worth coping with, and most people on this site probably share this sentiment.

If you're slightly recessed, you will probably see results, especially if you put force, BUT if you're just slightly recessed to begin with, it's likely the case that your maxilla ISN'T the issue you look like shit.

And if you happen to have subhuman recession, no amount of postural change will yield any results in realistic time frames, especially since you would have a hard time mewing in the first place.

Im willing to bet 100% of the people who say mewing is bullshit don't know what the fuck they are talking about. They probably tried mewing once and had trouble putting their tongue on their palate and read some misinformed idiot on looksmax.me and got on the "mewing is bullshit" bandwagon.

Of course it's a real thing or Dr Mew would be a scam artist. imo most people here are "against" it because they know that it's not going to give more than 1-2mm movement. Posting a bunch of angle frauds and "you're just ugly because you're too lazy to mew" is just annoying as fuck. We're all obviously here to get better. I'd speculate that most people here mew anyways just for the hyoid improvement.

Congrats if you did, but I'd say it's probs placebo/puberty.
Personally after cranking the shit out of a high-set palate expander as well as hard- mewing (5.5mm imw increase), I got the tiniest bit of cheekbone expansion.

tbh I don't know if mewing is legit or not but all these 'transformations' make me doubt it more and more.
