I’ve been mewing for a year and a half now and have seen great progression... 2 questions:
1) how forward is my head posture and can I fix it?
2) any guesses on how long before I’ve got full forward facial growth?

What if you're used to craning your neck on the computer? Could that be a cause or is it always airways?
