I have a tall, downward grown (not recessed) chin. I'm legit the perfect candidate for mewing. In 5 months it hasn't moved, and my palate as only widened a few mms at best.

Of to the surgeon for the sliding genio I guess.

About the theory, there is never a bad thing about widening a face.
