Mewing issue

I havent been on this in a while but i need help,i ve been notincing my hyoid isnt active during mewing(which i do 24/7) which is supposed to be.Can someone tell me an fix or what im doing wrong?

Let me explait it more easily.when you are mewing your under jaw skin should be tight and lifted up,mine doesnt even lift up a bit

u do it incorrect then obviously. no matter if u mew everyday or if its ur first time after a while ur hyoid is always active during it. what kind of question is that

yea then it has to be that, been mewing for 3+ years now so i can say that it takes a couple months of consiously doing it before it becomes natural. def worth it though
