The best part of mewing for me is not that it'll make me look more attractive, it's that I can breathe so much better now. I can take a satisfying breath through my nose and it feels so good. I don't remember the last time I was able to breathe like this, feels like all my life I've had a stuffy nose.
Idk if this is placebo but when I'm mewing and breathing like this I just become so much more powerful. It's like the clear breath energizes me. My mind becomes focused and calm. I love this feeling.
But the thing is my nose isn't constantly clear. Much more than before but still a lot of times I have to struggle to open it up again. I have to keep swallowing with the tongue against the palate to try and open up those airways. Does it get better over time? Any advice would be much appreciated
