I started mewing at age 12 and I was on and off until now and I noticed some small changes to my face but I don't know if that's just a placebo affect or not. but I look at my brother and he has noticeably worse forward growth than me (less chin projection flatter maxilla and more hollow under eyes. and I wonder if mewing had any effect in that
