As you can see from these photos, the difference is insane. I've achieved insane forward growth especially in the maxilla in the span of 4-5 months. I've also noticed i don't have a recessed jaw anymore. Am 15 now and i started in early July when i discovered Dr Mike Mew and his videos on achieving forward growth. You could say this was puberty or something else but the only things i did were proper chewing/swallowing and mewing along with testmaxxing protocols (ex: eating real food, avoiding seed oils/processed food, consistent sun, no hormone disrupters like skincare, sprinting/Weights, sunning balls, wearing cotton over polyester, etc)
As for mewing that's pretty self explanatory but the chewing part took me a bit to get used to. For chewing I made sure to eat tough foods like nuts, meats, and the most important of all tough bread (I genuinely think this gave me the most progress since it gave my jaw a very hard workout). I made sure to chew with the proper intention of clenching my teeth as hard as possible to make sure the food was broken down properly. I also made sure to chew exclusively with my masseter and molars, and to push the food around my mouth with my tongue instead of moving it around with my cheek/buccinators.
As for swallowing this also took a bit but i just sweeped the food to the back of my tongue then gathered up all the saliva in my mouth then swallowed into the mew position to make sure to push the food down while making sure no other muscle was working (your tongue should be the only thing contracting).
