Good gonial angle and low set masseter muscles.
If the muscles are high set they are likely already smaller as less room for growth and because they are highset they are automatically closer to the cheek so meaning when they hypertrophy/swell or get a pump your cheek region will look bloated.

See how my masseter is low yet defined and distinct from my cheek region, if it was higher up it would appear as it melted in with the cheek creating a fat faced look
