this is me few years ago,
i have recessed maxilla, prey eye, bloated face, its brutal,
look the pic i was mouth breathing in it.
but i found out mewing later on, i put my tongue on the roof of my mouth 25 hour everyday with 110% power
at first my air way is narrow i cant breath properly, but i keep trying
and after 2 year of constant mewing
this is me now

look at my forward growth, hunter eye and lean jaw, i ascended, mewing work!!!! now i only breath through my nose, just like in the pic
