Swallowing is must have. Even if you don't belive in changes in bones, proper swallowing can make you're face slimmer

Here's the advantages (imo):

* Walking around with your mouth closed vs mouth open makes you look more focused

* If you do it properly the skin below your jaw will tighten very slightly, improving how you look (very slightly, though)

* proper swallowing leads to the buccinators (cheek muscles) atrophying, leading to a leaner looking face and can help achieve the hollow cheek look

Disadvantages:

* maybe some slight ache when you first start (shouldn't be too bad though, if it is you're doing it wrong)

overall it's worth
