How to know whether you are getting the full tongue on the palate (the back of the tongue). I know it is not possible to get the whole entire tongue on it, but how to know that you have most of it?

Say "Gunk"

at the 'n' see how you tongue is touching the top of your mouth? Now just bring the front of your tongue to the roof of your mouth. You should be able to breath through your nose. If not, you're starting the mewing too far back.
