I am just glad to be back home. mexico alone was rough fr. one thing i have noticed is that my philtrum could have probably taken more than 5mm le forte 1 but idk man i couldnt have known that so i am just coping now

well one of the good things is i am breathing in ultra HD 4k so i think even if i regret it looks wise i can always cope with "muh functional issues"
right now i have no idea of what the aesthetics will be like so i cant really comment too much. its obv very easy to be sad because i look like a balloon. i also got buccal fat removal and that is causing extra swelling. so lets wait a month or two and i will let you know. i am trying to plan my next surgery. it has to be rhino or something but i really want to do something to the cheekbones but idk how without fucking up my ESR

gt agree with yussimania you did the most you can for now just wait for the swelling to go down and reassess then. Ik being told ur other surgs are gonna happen eventually isnt going to stop you from worrying i feel that hard asf rn but shits definitely going to be done so at least u told urself u were going to do someshit this hard and u did it mirin bro

I have never seen someone descend from trimax, a healthier face is a more attractive face. Even if you don't ascend, now you will probably live longer and sleep better if u had sleep apnea, which will improve ur looks
