MEXICO Orthodontics: Reverse Pull Face Mask, Posterior Bite Blocks, and MARPE

Very confused what to do from here on out. Rn I'm 16 and alr optimized everything else I can think of. My midface ratio for interpupillary to length is 1:1 and my FWHR is 1.75 so should I be safe to get MARPE to reopen the sutures and then use reverse pull facemask angled upwards + lower posterior bite blocks for CCW rotation? I'm thinking of just going to Mexico to do them and literally just asking for bone implanted anchors + MARPE and a reverse pull facemask because I have a recessed maxilla and mandible (idek how I have ratios looking fine from the front while being recessed) and it restricts my airways so at times I feel difficulty breathing. Anyone have advice or know how to proceed?
