microdosing isotretinoin

i used to have a lot of acne and I got rid of it with topic tret but now and then I still get some bad pimples, I remember some ppl talking ab micro dosing isotretinoin to keep the skin clear, any advice on how much (mg) and frequency?

20mg 6 months should be fine as long as it isn’t cystic. I’m taking it cuz I have an oily nose and sebaceous filaments around my chin and nose so I don’t need a cumulative dose
