i have some hyper-pigmintation from previous pimples in the past years and i just want a bit smoother skin

I would want to buy a microneedling pen and just DIY it at home but here just some questions

-Is it worth it to do at almost 18 ?

- is it genuilly still a good looksmaxx in 2025 ( heard some people talking about scarring( if not done right ig )

Just simple questions before i will buy anything

Happy to hear advices from High iq users:Comfy:

try to do it at a salon or just go your dermatologist and ask for tretinoin or what you should do because of the pigmentations.

The DR. pen a9 seems to be a good choice. 83€.

You have to look up tutorials from women, there are a lot on tiktok. there was also a big hyped up guide here recently which you can find pretty fast probably.

i will invest it myself soon, i hope itll fix my nasolabial fold (17 yo)
