Microneedling depth for Eyebrows with minoxidil?

What microneedling depth is optimal for eyebrows to grow with minoxidil and tretinoin?
I see some people recommending 0.5mm once a week.

0.25mm or 0.5mm , you usually wanna go lower because its thin skin

Yeah, I guess I'm going to do 0.5mm with 1 speed. Gonna use the same for cheeks as well for some small acne scarring.

Increases collagen production. Helps especially if the scars are really small
