does it make any sense to microneedle while using topical minox orally?

Stop drinking topical minoxidil.
Micro-needling will yield no difference to the efficacy of the minoxidil if you're consuming it orally.

I think there could be benefit. Microneedling doesn't just increase absorption of minoxidil. It probably ALSO does that but just Microneedling without minoxidil has shown gains.

Drinking topical minoxidil is fine (a drug is a drug, is a drug regardless if its a powder or dissolved in alcohol) but be extremely careful you don't overdose. 1ml of 5% solution is 50 mg of minoxidil. 1/10th of a mL is a fairly high 5mg dose.
