I'm currently trying to get rid of any possible skin texture I have with the method of microneedling and adding tret onto the spot, this is nothing new i'm just gonna be a little more aggressive with my approach (obviously careful of not getting fibrosis, more scarring and chemical burns as tret is very strong) I'm planning on dermastamping my cheek area at about 1.5 - 2mm for slight acne scarring and the nasolabial fold area with 1-1.5 mm to get rid of any sign of aging (being careful here as this area would make me look significantly worse with any form of scar) After dermastamping ill usually apply a very very generous amount of tret (alot more than the pea size they recommend it just doesnt feel enough) on the area that i did. I havent done it often enough because I lowkey know it's gonna fuck my skin up eventually
- the dermastamp mm given were from what i researched to be from usual microneedling sessions and then what is most effective depending on the problem with the skin
Now my question here is to anyone that has attempted this at a similar dosage of strength of topical retinoids, what depth do you recommend for each area given the reasoning per area (acne scarring / aging) and did you experience chemical burns following this? ive personally did this twice and naturally i felt a burning sensation but as for any side effets not yet, but i'm not willing to risk permanent shit on my face if im being an idiot and would rather get input to make change where fit.
soon enough ill stop jestering with the topical solutions and start pinning ghk or something accutane seems like too much of a hassle with the peeling skin and shit i just want a quick boost since my skin is already near glass
