WHY THE FUCK CAN'T I START THE "i, ii, iii" PAGE NUMBER FORMAT ON THE SECOND PAGE? EVEN WHEN I SELECT "DIFFERENT FIRST PAGE" IT STILL SHOWS "ii" ON THE SECOND PAGE, AS IF THERE'S A FUCKING PAGE NUMBER ON THE FIRST PAGE EVEN THOUGH IT'S BEEN CAREFULLY SPECIFIED TO BE BLANK. AND YOU CAN'T EVEN SELECT "START ON PAGE 0" FOR THIS PARTICULAR "i, ii, iii" FORMAT, YOU CAN ONLY DO IT FOR ACTUAL PAGE NUMBERS (1, 2, 3, ETC), NOR CAN YOU CLICK "LINK TO PREVIOUS PAGE" TO STOP WORD FROM COUNTING PAGES. WHAT CRACKHEAD PROGRAMMED THIS SHIT?
