Midface and nose

My nose is almost identical, But in those areas my face gets ruined from the "puffiness", I use glasses to fraud it and make the area less outwards (puffy) and generally make my mid face look less long which leads into:

How would I fix my mid face length it's only a slight bit long and it's unnoticeable But it ruins my face for me.

(Won't be giving pics of measurements cuz I'm to lazy and I'm to lazy)
