Midface Implant is no good right?

depends, really

submalar should be avoided or made the least changes, not only because it lookis shit but it could also be that the implant may obstruct maximum range of opening your jaws (mandibular notch)

and Z-Arch should be cared most about

Ok. Why would you want implants in your cheeks? Isnt thay the desired foid asethic

What do you mean with cheeks? Submalar area?
Zygo implants is cheekbone not cheeks themself. Submalar refers to cheeks themselves right?

cheeks is an umbrella term

define what you mean with midface
the whole midface ? like from IOR descending down to the upper jaw?

anything
You can disregard most advice here
it may help noobs to get into the materia but its half-assed knowledge mostly
There are off-the-shelves and there or custom made implant
custom made, where you can decide what should be covered, obviously it has to be on the bones to be anchored and some regions are not feasible or outright dangerous inaccessible (due to nerves ect., the zygo-IOR implants will be inserted by cutting your lowereyelid tendon for example)
You can google the other terms, Zygomatic arch, Infraorbitalrim, lateral orbits, zygomatic, malar and paranasal around the maxillary sinus

They are probably talking about custom implants like this:

This specific implant augments the paranasal area, the infraorbital rims and the zygos, hence why it is referred as midface implant.

Midface implant is autistic because your jaw And teeth will still be set back and u will get an autistic uncanny valley look. You need bimax with ccw rotation to actually increase forward growth

Just look at the famous case over on our sister site where he got implants by Eppley. Slayer something was his nickname. Huge acension for most people.

one thing i noticed in a few z-arch implants that users designed well (not the generic apple looking cheek implants) is that there is a step off in between the arch and massetter muscle which looks slightly uncanny (prob even more so irl). i remember key21 used to complain abt it looking fake when very lean after his surgery back on lookism. even osteotomies with grafts/ha to that region would lead to the same issue.

compare the differerence between saiyan and someone with a naturally defined arch of a similar shape, is this step off something that can be mitigated in any way u know? hypertrophy of the massetter (would depend on where the insert ends) or is it possible to add filler along that whole region?
