Midface implants or bimax

So like my side profile is fucked, idk if bimax will solve it since they also move a little bit your upper maxilla.

I will get bimax anyway for my jaw problems, but i dont know if i should get midface implants after bimax

I have a class 2, and it looks really fucked only when i bite, but you can tell im recessed. Birdcel thing.

In my view upper midface implants should be done with most bimax

you could do JUST implants too i think

the doctor said i need it because it's actually causing me pain, like a lot of pain when i bite, so i need it sooner or later
