Midface is inwards? Does djs fix this?

In Korea, they do this surgery called harmony rhinoplasty. They change your whole side profile.

What i’m interested in is the midface being pushed forwards. How do they achieve that? It pushes the nose outwards too. Would Western or Turkish (cheaper) doctors do this? What is this procedure called outside korea?

This korean doctor uses your ribs as implants to do this. Is there any other way to do this?

I don’t have that. So they won’t do lefort surgery on me :/ is there anything else that can actually fix midface without lefort?

mse is just to prepare for surgery, facemask is basically free so why not

Get lf2, this looks similar to a radix implant, but lf2 actually pushes the midface outwards,doesnt just imitate that

It's pretty hardcore and requires MLF3
