Midface too long in side profile

My middle third is too long, making my side profile look worse. This is an underappreciated element of side profile

My nose is massive and slight overjet and weak chin, but my upper lip actually projects further than Chico in this:

HOWEVER, even if you exclude the lower jaw and chin, and give me a rhino, it looks like shit cos the nose/midface is too long vertically

Is the best option for this to elongate the lower third? Since you can't shorten nose height. Vertical genioplasty or jaw implant? And then bsso/genio

it will make your face longer, but you will have a smaller nose

the problem is that downward growth often rhymes with low fwhr, after that you will need arch zygo implants (even ramus jaw implants) imo

Does it actually vertically reduce nose tho (from side and to an extent from front when not looking down)?
I thought ccw bimax was more about making room for mandible ccw rotation

it all depends on the area of impaction during the procedure, but very often it shortens the nose (the cartilage area) because the forward movement gives this effect. But it's negligible don't expect a big change on the midface, wait especially for a more balanced face

This is the result of a very high gonial angle I believe, like Gosling's side profile. Some people can have long midface but look normal from the side but others don't, mostly about gonial angle so yeah like others said ccw is prob best for this

Yes bimax would benefit but my problem is it looks worse than others with the same maxilla projection

Tripod + obo would have turned me into a chadlite, I think tripod+obo is a legend combination surgery lol

I've never seen a single tripod oesteotomy result, but I suspect this + obo might be the solution to shitty eyes area

No, I think one person got it but it was botched I think

Yeah you have a long nose. Can try to shave 1-2mm off nose height with very minor rotation but it can backfire and make you look a bit piggy (maybe not if you do a bit) but tbh I think you need bimax for more lower third height.

brah i compared our side profile and we have same issue. its downward growth, fixable with bimax I believe but you can get genio which can make it look better

if you zoom out and switch between the photos you will see the eyebrows, and chin make the most difference not nose. so get genio/implants, easy fix for eyebrows just dye them and use minoxidil, growth serum on eyelashes, tan to improve colouring, can experiment going dark brown hair colour, hit the gym to fix frame.
