ye looks like biggest flaw to me. unfortunately its one of the hardest features to change. something u can actually do without a ridiculous amount of dangerous invasive surgeries would be growing ur hair (mainly sides and back out). which will make ur face appear a bit wider, maybe making ur midface not look as long. i mean obviously this won’t completely fix it, but it will definitely help a little

You’re attractive af but you need the mascmaxx. Get rid of that gay haircut and gain muscle (kinda a pencil neck). Your appeal is for teenage girls tbh.
Your midface is somewhat long but it’s not noticeable because your face is wide enough to harmonize it. Good jaw width, prominent cheekbones, etc. spare your long midface by a mile.

for esr you can't really fix it unless you want to do obo , your eyes are fine they are high female gaze only real flaw is the uee which is easily fixable with fillers but tbh it's not that big of a failo on you , nose is fine , midface is not really fixable on its own
