Midfacial implants

So I have a question on midface implants

I have horrible infras and cheekbones but my jaw and brow ridge is fine
Would I need inframalars to correct this? Or just infas alone are fine?
I’m confused because people are saying Infras are fine for forward projection of the cheekbone (im grey)

help would be much appreciated

You need to word this better! But sounds like youd benefit from inframalars..

If you absolutely need infras, then thats one thing. But any kind of implant to malars is a bad idea. They don't age well, and expand the soft tissue pocket so if you ever removed them your fucked.

Implants can get infected, rotate, and create bone loss. So only worth it if you absolutely need it, around the eyes b/c your look wired as fuck. Fat grafting to eyes/cheekbone/jaw is less expensive and doesn't age like dog shit. Alternative you can use other fillers stand alone or in combo with fat. HA to under eyes, then HA/Radiess/Bellafill to checkbones.

Hey man thanks for the insight, I just need more anterior projection in my undereye area (is it still bad if it I focus on the entire orbital rim segment of the malar region) I dont care for laterally protrusive zygos, I just want to fix my retruded cheekbones and infras
