I’m 17 turning 18 soon and I’m 181cm tall and weigh 60kg. I have just started hitting thr gym with my friends who has been on two phases of MK. He got insane results like 8-9kg and bro wasn’t even going to the gym he was only doing MMA and strengh training there. I kinda wanna jump on something too.
My goals is to be stronger, be bigger but keep my low bodyfat, I do wanna get taller, like 3cm would be great. I wanna reach my max potential basically
