Gonna try and combine Mike Mentzer’s philosophy with calisthenics, obv it’s impossible to go for intensity with bodyweight training so I’ll just go to failure
He was a huge advocate of total mechanical failure btw, so I’m thinking that in this case for example when I do pull-ups I’ll do them to failure with good form then I’ll continue halfassing them until I can’t grab the bar anymore
And then instead of doing my routine daily I’ll do it once every 2-3 days or so and adjust according to my recovery time
I might or might not post results cuz I am on a cut atm but it might help me push more reps
