This is actually legit. The problem with those backward ass devices that orthodontists use is that it gets the equal and opposite force from your chin and forehead which is just fucking retarded. With this you're getting it from your neck which should easily be able to handle this force. I think you need to make sure the pressure is applied in the same exact angle that the tongue would apply this at.
Have you been doing it OP what are your results so far?
