How is he able to look fresh and also kinda young for his age and roid use? Usually bodybuilders have sagging and old skin very fast. Also drooping facial fat pads.

He doesn't abuse HGH or insulin, also I would say he doesn't do a lot of the really androgenic compounds (>1 gram of test, high dose tren, or Masteron) he is probably on TRT now he used low dose test primobolan and maybe some deca to build his physique, basically roids done right

Add skincare and maybe some fat grafts and he is golden prob till his 60s
