My skin used to be close to perfect but ever since I started drinking milk daily to cope to grow better bones and also gain some weight I’ve started to get acne on my chin.

Should I keep drinking my milk as the benefits might outweigh the cons. This also only happens with pasteurized whole milk, because when I drink my raw milk I don’t get acne. The answer is just get raw milk but it’s hard to get where I live and can only get it every once in a while.

Milk is a huge looksmin, if you want to bloat your face and get pimples everywhere trying to grow bones you're better off roiding.

It probably wont matter either way but if you really don't want that acne then just stop drinking milk, there are other ways to gain weight and as for bone growth I doubt drinking milk is going to make much of a difference. That being said you should be pretty disappointed in your body for being so delicate

do you have a skincare routine? I drink about two liters of milk every day and haven’t experienced any of those issues. if you feel that gaining weight is a higher priority for you than maintaining clear skin, sure keep things the way they are, and if you’re not currently using any skincare products obv start using them

It’s really not noticeable I still get people telling me I have clear skin, but I know that if I compare it to before right now it’s not as good as it can be

I use cleanser, moisturizer, sun screen, and bakuchiol. The only issues with skin I’ve ever had is I don’t know how to clear my nose from blackheads.

Should I buy nose strips and try them out? My cleanser is salicylic acid but I had a friend tell me to switch over to the hyaluronic acid to clear the blackheads but i didn’t like the way it made my skin feel and it didn’t remove my blackheads maybe I didn’t scrub enough
