Minecraft is not a bad game as such as it is still talked about well after 10 years of being in development. Its really not to do with the game rather real life and the people who play it.
Single player is boring. You grind away at it creating great projects in survival (creative is low t), but then what? Nobody cares about your minecraft world but you. When you turn off the computer its just sitting on your hard drive with no real life meaning. I can't bare playing such a game anymore while I know Chad is fucking. I feel like its beneath me.
Multiplayer is full of trolls or low iq people who never build shit and rather just want to play "together". My style is automating everything and everyone having their own land to develop things by themselves. I hate working with people but I like multiplayers concept as you can compete with other players and trade with them. But most people don't build shit like I said and just destroy. Even playing with friends this is the case. They want everyone to be together and its gay.
Eventually you get bored and quit. So all your work was for nothing. Even if you make your dream world so what? It doesn't mean anything. Minecraft was a fun childhood game for me but I never took it seriously at first until I played it to escape reality e.g missing teen love. I now realize that Minecraft is behind me now and pointless to play.
Is it garbage? No. But should a 19 year old man be playing it either? No. Its time to let old things die. Taking such a pointless game seriously or even playing it now is stupid.
