Mini-Wing vs Chin-Wing to lengthen lower third? (High IQ users help pls)

Despite the chin-wing being regarded as a meme on this forum, I have noticed that those with a quite short lower third but a normally developed midface can see pretty drastic results from this procedure as shown below:

The chin height and the mandible height have increased and have given this lady a pretty masculine jaw. However, the chin-wing does come with the risk of fucking with your gonial angles and also some people have had nerve issues where they can't feel their lips etc. Could a mini-wing achieve similar results as pictured above by lengthening the chin and anterior mandible? This is the cut for a mini-wing btw

Also fuck bimax, its too expensive and the prep takes too long. I've got 14k saved up and it should be enough for a chin-wing/mini-wing this summer. High IQ users help pls.

Most of the mini chin wing results I've seen have been great. In fact, I think that's part of where Ramieri's reputation comes from. He happened to do a few mini chin wings and they all looked great.

Do you reckon a mini wing could do a good enough job at fixing a vertically deficient lower third, I wanna get as close as possible to the chin-wing result without actually having to do one.

I don't know. The result you posted looks pretty good. Full chin wings seem way more hit or miss, from what I've seen.
