how is a dumbell press supposed to be close grip? and where are lateral raises?

yes, but train your fucking legs or you'll stagnate on other lifts, you can't ohp properly if your glutes and knees are weak, those better not be bodyweight lunges.

and add a tricep movement, i.e skullcrushers.

whats your weekly routine? please
100 chin ups 100 push ups 100 squats 100 neck curls 3x12 split squats sometimes i do less volume and do weighted chin ups 5x6 3x5 depends on the weight

close grip press is enough for triceps
if you focus on your triceps too much in your horizontal press you won't hit your chest that well and vice versa.

of course you dont need to live in the gym to get results remember that your diet is way more important

i do weighted chin ups but if you dont have weights you can do chin ups to the chest to the sternum you can progress without weight
