minimum effective oral minox dose

I have tried topical minox but it seems to irritate my skin and cause breakouts. oral is way more convenient too. What is the lowest effective oral minox dose solely for thickening eyebrows with a low chance of sides like excessive hair growth? 1.25mg or 2.5mg?

ide just go for 2.5mg thats what im on
