whats the minimum protein for natties???

if i was on test id just starve on reta but im full natty, anyone had success getting lean running lower protein? (like 120g)?
 
1g to .8g of protein per pound of LEAN MUSCLE MASS to maintain but a littler higher for growth

so if i want to gain like 10lb for end goal i should cut on higher than 1g/lean mass right?? so i can maybe gain a little muscle while cutting

If the goal is to GAIN 10lbs of muscle while cutting that's not happening. Search up what body recomping is and do that if you want to lose body fat while gaining some muscle you still won't gain 10lbs of lean muscle but something is better than nothing.
