currently im using a 30spf sunscreen, i don’t know if staying on 30 or going up to 50 when this one gonna end

is there any benefit of going to an 50spf sunscreen ? and what is the minimum to use?

You hit diminishing returns past 30 from what I understand. As long as it blocks UVA & UVB you're fine.

Yes, i have oliy skin and works very good for me, isnt leaving white cast protecting hella of your skin and dont need to reapply every 2 fucking hours
