Minoxidil burning feel in the heart

I am using minoxidil for 2 month.And last 24 hours i feel constant burning in my heart, i cant sleep.I used to feel palpitations a lot but now it seems more serious.I am scared of any heart damage,should i just continue using it?

My hair is actually getting better from it. I use it without doctor's approval.Do you think using it atleast once will be better? I just hope there can't be any serious damage to heart

3 times to both temple,2 times a day(in the morning and in the night.Its Minoxidil in form of spray.My hair is still longish and i can pull off curly fringe hairstyle but my temples are receding.

I will make a pause for few days and then do it only once per day.I dont think i can go to doctor,because i am not vacinated.Maybe later if i decide to do it.Thanks.
