Topical Tretinoin has been shown to upregulate sulfotransferase activity!
It could turn you into a responder to minoxidil. Get a prescription from a derm.

@Rosemary oil: Studies on rosemary oil were absolute shit and don't prove anything. If anything it's far inferior to Minoxidil.
