Minoxidil wont make you grow new hair folliculess where there never existed one in the first place.

It can just estimulate what is already there. That is that the amount of eyelashes or eyebrow that you have will not change jfl maybe you could experience some visual improvement just because of better hair quality, that could be completely unrelated to minoxidil anyway tbh.

Unironically do not rub your eyes or do anything that will make them eyelashes fall. I usually use some vaseline and coconut oil if im too bored jfl.

Btw been trying to find my eyelashes Curler for days ded srs someone might have taken it
