Minoxidil Oral + Eplerenone

How do people deal with this combination because im currently or minox oral variant and one of the sides is lower bloodpressure but to counter the fluid retention your gonna need Eplerenone as your best bet. BUT one of the sides of Eplerenone is lower blood pressure aswell so how am I gonna convince my doc to give me this so I can counter the water retention without him tripping out of the bloodpressure..

And people that use the combination what is your opinion about it, does it work? Is it worth it? Do you prefer a better alternative?
