Minoxidil Oral Water Retention

Does minoxidil systematically hold fluid everywhere or just in the face? My body should be most sculptured and my face more lean at this bodyweight of mine but my face is not lean enough compared to how I regulary look... is the water retention so bad with minox oral or am I tripping out?

And I bought Eplerenone (currently being shipped) and obviously this would counter the water retention but is losing more weight not the way to go COMBINED with the Eplerenone? Lean is law no or is to lean just straight up cursed?
