just topical is alr, you dont need oral and topical in most cases

yes foam always. its more easy to apply and great for quick results. 1/2 times ED

Use the ordinary multi peptide eyelash serum,foam minoxidil will irritate ur eyes if it get into them.and use castor oil to make them look healthier and shinier
