It is hard to justify the cost for a couple of cms.

My forehead becomes very rounded 3/4s the way up (not too visible in pic), and is way out of proportion to midface and lower third despite bimax. I HAVE to cover with a fringe to not go down 2 points. Obscuring this roundness will make my forehead and hairline look wider and give the illusion of going from NW2.5 to NW1.

Ratios are everything and everyone should do everything to achieve a balanced face. It will be the last surgery on the checklist.
