You should drill the facial expressions that make you look your best daily infront of a mirror by solidifying them into your muscle memory.

Find the most attractive way to smile, laugh etc. for your face, being spontaneous is Chad only. Everything you do has to be carefully planned.

Lol, usually girl do this, back in the old days they used mirrors, now they take tons of selfies and clips of themselves(sometimes in the mirror) doing all sorts of faces and poses.

Not if you do it subtly, no one is even going to notice it. I tried it when they took pictures of all employees at my job to be displayed on their website and all the guys looked like pencil-necked nerds apart from me and some other guy.
